Which lair to choose for a Landseer
Choosing a Landseer lair should be based on what you want your dog to be like, rather than on what you think is best. Landseers are very attached to their families and have a distinct personality. Their temperaments are confident and outgoing, and they also enjoy cuddles and playing with their family. Choosing a lair for your Landseer should reflect their personality traits, as they are relatively inactive indoors. A small yard is sufficient for their exercise needs. Choosing a location where they can play freely is a must, as they are heat sensitive.
The first time I met a Landseer, I was thirteen years old. He was attending a party in an upper London society. A group of guests had gathered around his sofa, and he started talking about his dexterity. This led to a discussion about his hand, and the lion’s draughtsmanship. This was especially impressive since some guests were aware of the Landseer’s dexterity. They were not at all hesitant to see him perform a drawing.
The Landseer is a very handsome large breed. The breed has wrinkle-free fur on its head, and its short, flat muzzle is accentuated by a pronounced black nose. The ears of a Landseer are triangular, with rounded tips. The short hair covering the ears is very fine and carries flatly to the sides of the head.
